Information you choose to send
The Chinese-language self-assessment produces a summary in your browser. The website does not automatically send or store your answers. If you email or message us, we receive the information you choose to share. Please do not send passport numbers or other unnecessary sensitive documents in your first message.
Purposes and recipients
We use enquiries to respond, consider a possible service and, if agreed, deliver that service. The legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract and applicable legal obligations. Email and WeChat providers also process messages under their own policies. We explain any necessary sharing with legal, tax, employment or EOR professionals before sharing information.
Retention and rights
The site does not retain self-assessment results. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, normally six months after the last contact, unless a legal need requires longer retention. Client files are retained as required for the service and applicable law; the period depends on the service, applicable law and any need to address a dispute. Contact us for details relevant to your case. Statutory financial records are generally kept for at least seven years. Access is limited to those who need the information for the enquiry or service. You may contact us to exercise applicable rights of access, correction, erasure and restriction, or contact the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
